Brower Roofing is a proud supplier and certified installer of

Malarkey Roofing products. Malarkey Roofing products are the first to offer

NEX Polymer Modified shingles, which provide the highest hail and

impact resistance on the market and save you money on insurance premiums. Malarkey roofing shingles use polymer modified (rubberized) asphalt

which increases sustainability, impact resistance, and granule adhesion,

so your shingles last longer. Malarkey roofing shingles are manufactured with a

double layered 1–5/16" nailing flange, instead of of the industry standard

1/2"–3/4" nailing flange, to prevent shingle uplift or blow-off.

 

In addition to using premium Malarkey products, we install all of our roofs

with synthetic felt underlayment to provide higher wind resistance.  

We also install all of our shingles with 6 nails per shingle instead

of the required 4, providing you with a 130 mph wind rating

and increased peace of mind.
